  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce) are not eligible for return unless damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and order details to contact@styleluis.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh food and custom-packed goods.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance products.
