  • Personalized or custom-made items, as well as sale items, are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse or neglect.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
